Refund Policy

Valiame subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing and refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms. This policy explains your refund window and how to request one.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent charge — whether that's your first payment or a renewal. Email support@valiame.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly using the link on your receipt, and we'll arrange it.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@valiame.com from your account address with your practitioner slug (the part after valiame.com/) and the approximate charge date. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle using the receipt we email after every charge.

3. Cancelling your subscription

Cancel any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
